Western Banks
With the withdrawal of western banks lending, the real estate market has tanked. It is back to cash and values have dropped accordingly.

Robert lives with his wife Ana and two children in Mill Creek, WA and enjoys fly-fishing, electric bass playing, hiking and travel in addition to his new hobby of learning how to trade in the Forex market.
